BLACK FOREST SWISS ROLL

With this cake, you no longer have to choose between chocolate and fruit. We start by soaking sweet black cherries and then fold into sweet cream. This cherry and sweet cream mix becomes the filling between chocolate sponge.

In this cake, we fold taro root together with sweet cream to give it a smooth texture. We then layer it on top of taro scented cake roll so there is a bit of taro in every bite.
