These Terms govern your use of Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe (“Sweet Hut”) websites and promotions, including the Sweet Hut FIFA 2026 prediction sweepstakes and our text-message program. By participating, you agree to these Terms.

Text messaging (SMS) program terms

• Program. By providing your mobile number on our entry form, you opt in to receive recurring automated text messages from Sweet Hut about your entry and the promotion (entry confirmations, verification updates, and tournament updates). Consent is not a condition of entry or purchase.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your entry activity and tournament events.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

Promotion / sweepstakes

The FIFA 2026 prediction sweepstakes runs June 1 – July 3, 2026 and is open to legal residents of Georgia and Texas who are 18 or older. Sweet Hut employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. No purchase is necessary to enter or win; a free mail-in entry method is available. Each qualifying purchase receipt (every $35 spent) or mailed entry earns one sweepstakes entry, and each entry includes a prediction of the FIFA World Cup champion.

Prize.The first 1,000 qualifying entries — determined by submission time — that correctly predict the team that wins the FIFA World Cup Final each win one $100 Sweet Hut gift card, for a total of $100,000 in gift cards. Winners are determined by order of entry (earliest submissions first), not by random drawing; once 1,000 correct entries have won, no further gift cards are awarded. Void where prohibited. The official rules available in-store and at participating Sweet Hut locations control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
