This bun features popular Hong Kong styled BBQ pork hidden inside a soft delicate round bun.

CURRY CHICKEN BUN

A round bun that hides chicken cooked in a spice filled curry sauce, sprinkled with shredded wheat.

PORK SUNG BUN

This small oblong bun is covered in the crunchy melt-in-your-mouth texture of the dried shredded pork floss. The light buttery flavor of the bun, coupled with the crisp pork floss makes for a savory treat.

CATERPILLAR BUN

Called the caterpillar for its long shape with soft ridges, this bun has a cream cheese based filling, dusted with confectioner's sugar.

COCONUT BUTTERFLY BUN

Slices of almond cover this uniquely shaped bun, hiding a sweet, buttery coconut paste within.

CHOCOLATE NUTELLA BUN

A sweet bun filled with a Nutella center, topped with charming chocolate shavings. 

RED BEAN MOCHI BUN

This sesame-topped bun contains a sweet red bean paste wrapped in a glutinous mochi. The neutral flavor of mochi offsets the sweeter notes of the red bean paste for a delightfully balanced taste.

HOKKAIDO CUPCAKE

CUSTARD BUN

This soft egg bun hides a cool, creamy custard within. The yellow custard has a smooth taste, with creamy, milky undertones like sweetened condensed milk.

MATCHA BUN

This Japanese inspired matcha green tea bun is filled with creamy matcha custard and it's simply beyond adorable!

VIOLET BUN

CATERING INFORMATION

ORDERING

We need a minimum of 24 hours notice for all catering orders; and for Event Catering (more than $500) we require a minimum of 3 Days notice in advance. However, we will try our best to accommodate all catering orders given adequate notice. We require full payment upon confirmation of order. For cancellation, we require at least 2 days notice in advance and cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to 50%-100% charge based upon time of cancellation and type of order. We can also accommodate special orders, please contact us at catering@sweethut.com for more information.

CONVENIENCE

Your order comes complete with plates, napkins, utensils, cups and straws, all packaged and presented in convenient, ready-to-go packaging.

DELIVERY

We require a minimum purchase of $200.00 for catering delivery orders. There is a 15% delivery charge on all catering orders (or a minimum delivery fee of $30 *whichever is higher) within our delivery range of 8 miles. For locations beyond our delivery range, we require a minimum purchase of $600 and an additional mileage fee applied at $3 per mile. Gratuity for drivers is not included but is greatly appreciated. You may also set up a time for pick-up at our locations.

SPECIAL SETUP SERVICES *for Snack platter

Aluminum Foil Pan, Wire Chafer Stand, Chafer Fuel, Serving Utensils, Sauce Bowl, Food Tag are available upon request and are chargeable *setup fee 20%. (We do not provide table or table cover for on-site catering)

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Corporate Accounts may also be set up at our Midtown location. Cash and check payments will need to be secured with a credit card when placing your order.
